Right after the battle, this map was made in 1863 to showcase the Battle of Gettysburg. This particular map was based off of Gouverneur K. Warren's map of the Gettysburg Battle Field, but with the addition of hachures. The names of land owners are printed in the color red. The troop positions are not noted.
